Terms of Use

Publisher

nextnods.com is run by Mount Airy #1, LLC, 312 Woodland Road, Mount Pocono PA 18344, US. Contact: contact@nextnods.com.

Mount Airy Casino Resort belongs to the publisher, Mount Airy #1, LLC, and that ownership is the reason it sits at number one; places two to ten are set purely by our editors.

Fair use of the pages

Read, link to and quote short passages for personal purposes. Please do not copy pages wholesale, run heavy automated scraping, probe the site for weaknesses or pass our writing off as yours.

Age

Readers must be adults: 18 at minimum, and 21 wherever local rules attach that age to the resorts covered here. Separately, each hotel decides its own check-in age.

Scope

Scope statement, quoted exactly:

Our site provides information exclusively about accommodation, resort leisure and travel amenities. We do not promote or facilitate participation in gambling.

Each entry reflects our editorial view of public information on the review date.

Outside parties

Hotels, booking engines and every other outside site answer for their own content and conduct. Room prices, availability, resort fees, taxes, deposits and house policies belong to them and may shift at short notice; get the final figure from the hotel before paying.

Referral links

Referral wording, repeated here in full: This site contains affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you follow a link and make a booking/purchase or download, at no extra cost to you. Details sit on the Affiliate Disclosure page.

Intellectual property

The nextnods wordmark, the seal artwork, our copy and page design are owned by Mount Airy #1, LLC. Each hotel name and its marks stay the property of their owners; they appear here solely as identifiers.

Liability

We work to keep entries accurate yet cannot promise every detail is current. So far as applicable law permits, Mount Airy #1, LLC accepts no responsibility for loss caused by relying on these pages.

Governing law

Pennsylvania law, as applied in the United States, governs these terms, and any dispute is heard by the competent tribunals of Pennsylvania; nothing here strips away consumer protections that your home law grants.
